Taurus Solar Eclipse and Beltane Weekend

Gateway to eclipse season is here! The first eclipse of the year is a Taurus Solar Eclipse, this Saturday April 30, at 1:28pm Pacific.

An aspect of Mystic Rapture, from the Divine Muses Oracle, reveals a message about eclipse season that is ripe for reflections. Eclipses bring change and can make us look at our shadow. It's a time to adapt & grow beyond our current perception of ourselves and that of the Universe.

Eclipses are an obscuration of the sun or moon, and this phenomenon can  unearth the darker side of human nature—the Shadow. If you are sensitive to energy, Mystic Rapture suggests we take heed during this eclipse season.  
 
There are two or three eclipses in every Eclipse Season, which happens twice a year. They express the Divine Masculine & Feminine dance of the Sun & Moon energies. Their merging is a powerful reflection of Divine Unity and Oneness.

This eclipse is part of a double eclipse portal; the New Moon Solar Eclipse this Saturday and the Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Sunday, May 15th at 9:14pm Pacific. 
   
Eclipses can throw people off and make us feel on edge. You might sense more friction in the world during this time or find yourself more easily irritated or impatient. 

Feeling stuck and unable to move forward with plans is possible during this time, which can cast a shadow until the Full Moon.

If this Taurus eclipse is difficult for you, try to practice patience. Reconnect with and ground into your body using meditation, Yoga, Qigong or any exercise that helps bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit connection.

Eclipses can bring transformation to the world and our personal lives with a specific attention to shadow work, or whatever comes up for us to analyze in order to help prod forth change.

Taurus Solar Eclipse reveals where we are unable to move ahead in our journeys due to stubborn resistance to change. Or, we may run into stubborn people or situations, because—Taurus. :) 

The Taurus Moon is considered one of the best of all due to its nurturing  energy. This New Moon Solar Eclipse may be asking us to be practical about our choices related to any health or career shifts. Patience, honesty, and taking full self-responsibility will create more flow. 

This eclipse is about looking at the areas in our lives where we are inflexible, particularly regarding body health, financial responsibilities, perfectionism, or procrastination—Taurus themes.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bit more intensity due to Pluto going retrograde today. We may recognize some painful realizations in connection to the changes that NEED to occur. Pluto is the planet of transformation and evolution, so this retrograde energy (this slowing & perceived reversing of Pluto's course) although intense may actually turn out to be to our benefit this eclipse season.

Especially if we bring awareness to the changes that are unfolding on our paths, and share them with the people we love. This is particularly supported this weekend with Venus and Jupiter conjoining on the same day as the eclipse, the day before Beltane! Sharing our creative magic with our people and celebrating with them is expansive and so healing for our souls.
