Non-Refundable. Except in the circumstances noted in this Policy, all purchases are final.
Decks Damaged In-Transit. If your deck was damaged in-transit, please take photographs of the damage and contact me with a clear, comprehensive description of the damage and the photographs attached. Claims of damaged decks must be submitted in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date of delivery.
Manufacturing Defects with the Cards. If any of the cards in your deck bear manufacturing defects, please take photographs of the defects and write me a clear, comprehensive description of the issue with the photographs attached.
Claims of manufacturing defects must be submitted to me in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date of delivery.
Minor issues that are reasonably foreseeable and commonplace risks when buying tarot decks will not be replaced. Cards with minor misalignment in the borders, captions or labels will not be replaced, but where text has been cut off due to a printing defect, please contact me with photographs of the defect and those cards will be replaced.
Decks Tracked as “Delivered.” All decks are shipped out with tracking numbers. Any package that the postal service records as having been “Delivered” shall be deemed as having been successfully delivered to you. If, however, you have not received a package tracked as “Delivered,” you will need to take that claim to the delivery service, in domestic cases: the US Postal Service. If you did not receive your shipment, contact the local office right away. Contacting the local carrier is the best way to find packages that were delivered to the wrong address or accidentally left on the vehicle. USPS often uses GPS tracking to show where the item was delivered and this information should be available by calling or going to your nearest post office.
International Freight Forwarding Services. If you are an international buyer who uses this kind of service, please contact me first! Orders that have a freight forward service address without contacting me first will be subject to cancellation. These are services in which international buyers use to forward packages from the USA overseas. If I accept your freight-forwarding request, please note that once your package is marked delivered to the forwarding service, it is considered delivered. Any issues or delays that happen after will need to be addressed with the forwarding service you used. Thank you!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: NOTICE OF CUSTOMS & VAT FEES
Package Denied by Customs. Your deck will be declared on the customs form as a “tarot deck," "tarot deck w/book" or "oracle deck with book." It is your responsibility prior to purchase to confirm that your country permits the import of tarot decks. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to either one of us, then regrettably, the order is non-refundable. If, however, customs returns the deck to me, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the deck only (no refund for postage fees).
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be current on any customs fees or VAT taxes that may be applicable to your purchase order. The seller is not liable for customs fees, VAT taxes, or handling fees that your country charges you, the importer, for purchasing overseas, nor is the seller responsible for any delays in delivery on account of customs. Please be aware that some countries do not permit the import of tarot or playing cards, so before you place an order, please check to confirm that your country permits the import purchase of tarot or playing cards.
I cannot mark your customs form as a gift because it is a legal document. Thank you for understanding!
