Lua Tarot's Ace of Cups and The World “Water is the mother of the vine, the nurse and fountain of fecundity, the adorner and refresher of the world.” –Charles Mackay “Always be like water. Float in the times of pain or dance like waves along the wind which touches its surface.” –Santosh Kalwar The sky here has been filled with smoke and will continue to hover for more days to come. “What can we do?” I asked the cards. This tarot reading is about tapping into the healing waters of life. The cards are telling me to increase my water intake.
And so I pass this message onto you. Drink water, my friends. To all those who are affected by this smoke: it will help you stay hydrated and will clear your system of accumulated toxins. Do not underestimate the power of hydration right now. If there was only one thing I had to tell my massage clients to do over the years, it’s to drink a large amount of water to aid in flushing toxins. A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces per day. Here’s to your health! Stay safe. Stay hydrated. We will get through this!
