An exact time of birth is needed for accuracy. But, if not available, I can still work with the rest of the information, so please still include your birthday and birth city.
2.) If you have a gift certificate, select the 1 hour option below, and let me know you have one in the Appointment Note at checkout, and also include Date of Birth info requested above.
